Our exceptional hygiene team plays a vital role in your dental health. Terri, Dr. John Bauer’s wife and business partner, leads diagnostics and treatment coordination, working closely with the doctors and our skilled hygienists. Natalie, a long-term member of our practice, having started with Dr. Bauer in high school, provides compassionate care and takes a personal interest in her patients. Jemma’s welcoming smile and gentle approach help patients feel relaxed, while Jessica, the newest member, has quickly become a valued part of the team.

Behind the scenes, our doctors are especially proud of their highly skilled assisting team: Juan, Maria, Jaz, Courtney, Vanessa, Adisa, and Alyssa. They consistently go the extra mile to ensure each patient has a unique and memorable experience. Dr. John Bauer and Dr. Cody Bauer prioritize continuous learning, requiring extensive continuing education for all assistants to maintain their exceptional skill levels. Overseeing the essential business aspects of the practice are Amy and Nancy.
